Frank supports responsible property tax relief that helps families keep more of what they earn while protecting the services Floridians depend on.

- Find and eliminate waste - Encourage regular reviews of government spending and refocus taxpayer dollars on core responsibilities.
- Pursue additional homeowner relief - Explore lawful additional property tax relief specifically for owner-occupied homes.
- Put essential services first - Prioritize public safety, education, infrastructure and other essential services before expanding administrative spending.
- Protect Floridians being squeezed the hardest - Explore additional protections for seniors, veterans and longtime Florida homeowners facing rising property values and housing costs.
- Connect property taxes to the bigger affordability problem - Coordinate tax reform with efforts to lower homeowners insurance costs and improve housing affordability.
Protect Essential Services
Frank doesn't believe property tax relief should mean abandoning the services Florida families rely on.
Schools, public safety and infrastructure matter. The answer is to make government more efficient, eliminate waste and prioritize essential services before expanding administrative spending.
Families balance their budgets every day. Government should be expected to do the same.
Additional Protection for Longtime Floridians
Rising property values can look good on paper while creating a very different reality for someone trying to remain in the home and community they've known for decades.
Frank wants Florida to explore additional protections for seniors, veterans and longtime homeowners facing increasing financial pressure from rising property values and housing costs.
The goal isn't simply to make owning a home possible - it's to make it possible to keep that home.
Look at the Whole Affordability Problem
Frank doesn't believe Tallahassee can solve property taxes while ignoring insurance and housing.
Property taxes, insurance costs, housing affordability and everyday expenses are all connected.
That's why his property tax plan is part of a broader affordability agenda designed to make it easier for Floridians to buy a home, stay in their home and build financial security for the next generation.
The Test Is Simple
Frank believes the success of these policies shouldn't be measured by another government report or press conference.
It should be measured by what Florida families experience:
Are more Florida families able to afford the American Dream?
If the answer is yes, we're moving Florida in the right direction.
