MY PROMISE TO FLORIDIANS
A new direction of leadership that puts humanity over the dollar.
Â
Florida is strong.
But strength without conscience is fragile.
We’ve built towers, roads, and records of economic growth yet too many families are struggling with insurance, housing and rising costs.
I believe prosperity should never come at the cost of our people.
I’m running for Governor because Florida deserves leadership that puts humanity over the dollar.
That means protecting homeowners before insurance companies.
Supporting small businesses before special interests.
Investing in children before bureaucracy.
Growth matters.
But people matter more.
I am not running to manage Florida. I am running to correct its direction
Let’s build a Florida where families thrive not just balance sheets.
Leadership that's not motivated by profit
Why he’s running
Frank J. Russo is running for Governor not simply to hold office, but to ignite a movement centered on one idea: Humanity Over the Dollar. His vision is to become the founder of the world-famous Humanity Building Foundation, a foundation dedicated to building communities that support mothers, children, seniors, and veterans through safe, affordable housing and opportunity. Russo believes leadership should leave a legacy that serves people long after politics is over. His campaign is not just about winning an election, it is about building a lasting structure of humanity that future generations can benefit from. For Frank Russo, this campaign is the first step toward creating a statewide and eventually global model where compassion, responsibility, and community come before profit.
WHY FRANK J. RUsso
He'll donate 100% of his Governor’s annual salary each year.
Â
Born and raised in Florida, Frank is the son of hardworking parents and the grandson of Italian immigrants who believed in faith, humility, and the dignity of honest work. One of eleven children, he grew up with limited money but abundant responsibility and life lessons. He earned a business degree from the University of Central Florida and built successful insurance agencies, creating employment opportunities for Floridians for decades while helping families stay secure and protected.
Â
Before profit. Before power.
People first
Before we talk about policy, we must talk about priorities. Government was never meant to serve money, institutions, or political machines. It was meant to serve people.
Over time, something shifted. Decisions began to favor profit over protection. Growth over stability. Systems over families. This movement begins by restoring the proper order.
With me, people come first.
Every challenge Florida faces, rising costs, strained schools, insurance instability, loss of trust traces back to one question:
Who are we really serving?
Humanity Over the Dollar is a commitment to put families, children, workers, and communities back at the center of leadership.
Because when leadership remembers who it serves, trust returns.

Frank's Gift to Humanity. The Queen's Gambit Landmark
I traveled the world studying the philosophy of its people and the landmarks they built to represent their culture and imagination. From the great master builders like Michelangelo to modern architectural visionaries, I realized that civilizations leave behind more than wealth they leave vision.
I made a promise to myself: if I ever achieved my dream, I would build a landmark for children  especially special needs children to experience creativity beyond the classroom walls.
The Queen’s Gambit Landmark was created as a public gift a place where young minds can explore art, architecture, philosophy, and innovation without limitation. I believe children should be inspired, not confined. Creativity should be unlocked, not subdued.
This landmark stands as a living canvas where imagination expands, inclusion matters, and every child is reminded that they have the power to build something extraordinary.
