- Require voter-verified paper ballots as the official record for all elections.
  Every vote will produce a physical paper record that voters can verify, ensuring a permanent and auditable foundation for election integrity.
- Conduct mandatory hand-count audits and automatic recounts in close races.
  Routine manual audits and automatic recounts when margins are narrow will confirm accuracy and strengthen confidence in election outcomes.
- Maintain clean voter rolls using uniform, statewide standards.
